EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs and incentive compensation initiatives across global teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP SPM and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
