Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams, governance, risk, and reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee implementations, integrations, data migration, and testing strategies.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support innovation in AI analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Ensure SAP best practices and delivery excellence.
