Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large‑scale transformation initiatives across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization. You will coordinate global onshore and offshore teams, drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience in SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional global teams and deliver enterprise programs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with program governance and risk management.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, perform fit‑gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs for SAP SPM implementations.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, enhancements, and testing strategies.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision making.
• Support AI‑driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
