Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP transformation program delivery.
• At least 4 years in a solution lead/workstream lead/project leadership.
• Experience leading SAP SPM or related platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan or Xactly.
• Strong consulting and client‑facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross‑functional global teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements, run workshops, conduct fit‑gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements and data migration.
• Define testing strategies and UAT, manage defects and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI‑driven analytics, automation and process optimization.
• Partner with sales operations, finance and stakeholders to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core implementations.
• Drive quality, risk management and delivery excellence throughout the program.
