Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, coordinating onshore and offshore teams across global delivery. You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, and oversee SAP SPM implementations, including data migration and integrations.

The role requires 4–6 years in SAP transformations, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of SPM platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, incentive compensation, or sales compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices, Clean Core, and modern SAP methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams while driving governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
• Define and manage testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support innovation initiatives including AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.
• Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
