Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, work with global teams, and align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.

The role involves governance, stakeholder management, and leveraging AI-driven analytics to optimize processes. The position requires a strong techno-functional leader with experience in SAP SPM, related platforms, and cross-functional collaboration;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs; 4+ years in lead roles.
• Experience leading SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or related programs.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices & Clean Core methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, workshops, fit-gap analyses, and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, data migration, and enhancements.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with sales ops, finance, and business to align incentives with enterprise goals.
