Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and implement incentive compensation solutions across global teams. You will translate business requirements into functional designs and manage end-to-end SAP SPM programs, including data migration and integrations.

Role requires strong techno-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record in SAP SPM implementations with exposure to platforms like

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
Experience leading Sales Performance Management (SPM) or related incentive compensation transformations.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.
SAP certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and architecture of SPM platforms ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global delivery centers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
