• Experience leading SAP SPM transformation programs and related incentive compensation initiatives.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly) and cloud integrations.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale SAP SPM transformation programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore/offshore delivery teams with governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications and drive solution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and stakeholders to align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee testing, UAT, data migrations, and integrations while ensuring quality and delivery excellence.
