Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformations worldwide. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate global teams, and align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.

StrongStakeholder management, and hands-on SAP SPM knowledge are essential. You will collaborate with sales operations, finance, and technology leaders, leveraging cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive/Commission management transformations.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms such as Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across all phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment.
