Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery across SAP transformations and related projects. You will guide teams, interact with external clients, and drive quality and risk management throughout planning, execution, and closure.

The role requires 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience, strong knowledge of S/4HANA migrations, and hands-on SAP BTP skills. A hybrid work model and significant travel enable client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology to implementations or transformations.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery (SAP Joule and related use cases).
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures impacting your area.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
