Job summary

EY’s SAP and AI-enabled transformation practice seeks a Manager to lead applications design and development for client engagements. You will guide SAP transformations, manage delivery across S/4HANA, BTP, and data initiatives, and collaborate with external clients in a multi‑disciplinary setting.

You’ll drive quality, risk management, and team guidance, with travel as required. EY offers broad training, a flexible hybrid model, and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of SAP/S/4HANA migration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE model.
• Hands-on with SAP BTP services: Build, Integration Suite, BDC.
• Experience with SAP Active methodology in implementations.
• Exposure to AI capabilities in SAP delivery, incl. SAP Joule.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
