Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation engagements across S/4HANA migrations and clean core initiatives. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape solution architecture, and deliver complex programs for external clients.

Applicants should bring 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience, strong leadership, and hands-on SAP BTP, Build, and Integration Suite capabilities, with readiness to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion.
