ABB in the United States (Nevada) seeks an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to lead the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. You will own process development, implementation, and optimization across critical SAP modules, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive improvements in subscription and contract management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems.
• 10+ years as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders and support proposed strategies.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Experience with SFDC.
• Strong analytical skills with end-to-end Order to Cash and contract management knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Self-motivated, cross-functional team player.
• Proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across SAP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM).
• Gather requirements from internal customers and translate to SAP solutions in collaboration with developers.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash, including warranty, field service, demand planning, and sales & distribution.
• Provide technical expertise and work with team members on solutions to business problems or process improvements.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP regional center of excellence and external consultants to resolve problems.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruptions and ensure smooth upgrades and testing.
• Document current and future state workflows and develop training materials.
