Job summary

ABB is seeking a SAP Business Process Owner to lead the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. The role drives process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

The position requires strong analytic skills, extensive SAP experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years' experience as SAP business analyst or process owner.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Proficient in SAP SD, MM, CS and Contract Management; SFDC experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Order-to-Cash end-to-end processes in SAP and related tools.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and coordinate with SAP devs to implement solutions.
• Improve subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC and e‑commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash activities including warranty, planning, and distribution.
• Escalate issues with regional centers and external consultants to resolve problems.
