Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. You will lead process development, implementation, and optimization across SD, MM, CS, and Contract Management modules, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

You will support end users in Order to Cash, drive improvements across SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools, and participate in SAP upgrades and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders for strategy and process improvements.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management; SFDC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash in SAP and drive process development, implementation, and optimization.
• Gather business and system requirements and coordinate with SAP developers for solutions.
• Drive improvements in contract management, subscription processes, and e-commerce tools.
• Provide user support for Order-to-Cash and related SAP modules; escalate issues with regional COE and external consultants.
• Document current and future state business processes and develop training materials.
