Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You’ll lead workstreams, govern data quality, and shape data governance across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, aligning tools and roadmaps with business goals.

You will collaborate with clients daily, drive opportunities for additional services, and mentor a team, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes with strong risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience.
• Experience across Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance and related disciplines.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA migrations and the SAP data model.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Travel flexibility: 40–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-management workstreams and deliverables with quality and on-time delivery.
• Guide governance, data quality, and roadmap efforts for SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
• Manage engagement economics and provide direction to the team.
