Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead cross‑functional data projects, govern data quality, and guide MDG and migration workstreams within a hybrid EY service model.

You will engage clients, shape data governance frameworks, and mentor teams to deliver scalable data solutions across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG and data governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including MDG, Data Migration, Data Governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-facing.
• Travel 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to teams and manage engagement economics.
• Foster collaboration and drive innovative data solutions.
• Oversee governance, data quality, and migration initiatives.
