Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to turn data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, guide teams, and engage with clients to identify opportunities for value via governance, data quality, and migration programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy across SAP landscapes, manage risk, and deliver scalable data solutions. Hybrid work model with travel expectations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of hands‑on SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance, with SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Migration, Master Data Management, Governance, Data Quality, and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations and workshops.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40‑60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, quality outcomes.
• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to teams and manage engagement economics.
• Develop data solutions and governance policies across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Leverage SAP data and integration tools to ensure data integrity and consistency.
