Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, drive delivery, and manage engagement economics while guiding your team to deliver high‑quality solutions.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes, define data governance and quality standards, and advise on MDG, data migration, and governance programs that unlock scalable value for complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience.
• Experience with MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience leading SAP data workstreams.
