Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into strategic assets for clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and drive governance, quality, and migration programs across SAP landscapes.

You will apply data strategy, quality standards, and governance across SAP and non-SAP environments, guiding teams to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions while managing project risk and economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP data transformation experience.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including MDG, Data Migration, and Data Governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering SAP data solutions and governance.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to teams, fostering collaboration and innovative solutions.
• Develop policies and procedures, and manage risk across workstreams.
