Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and guide governance, data quality, and MDG programs to support scalable operations.

You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, leveraging MDG, Data Services, Information Steward, and Migration Cockpit while driving change and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations and workshop facilitation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
