Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You’ll lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and drive governance across SAP landscapes to ensure data quality and value creation.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, apply MDG and data migration insights, and shape data strategy and roadmaps while addressing risk and quality concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations and workshops.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish data governance procedures.
• Lead workstreams, manage project status and risk while delivering on time and budget.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and mentor the team.
