Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and steer data governance initiatives across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will leverage SAP data tools to ensure data quality, governance, and migration outcomes, while guiding teams through complex transformations and client engagements.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience including SAP MDG, Data Migration or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including client-facing presentations.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Engage with clients daily to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to teams and manage engagement economics.
• Develop scalable data governance and governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for data integrity and integration.
