Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients govern and transform data assets. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, identify opportunities for additional services, and guide teams toward innovative, scalable data solutions within SAP and non-SAP environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy, quality standards, and governance frameworks, while leveraging SAP data tools to ensure data integrity and successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6+ years hands‑on SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines, including Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex data governance challenges and influence policy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage engagement economics.
• Oversee data workstreams to ensure timely delivery and risk management.
