Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and identify opportunities for additional services, guiding teams to deliver innovative data solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and scalable data migration programs across SAP landscapes, with a focus on MDG, Data Services, and Information Steward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four-year equivalent required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration, Data Governance).
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines (Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality, Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
