Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines: Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality, Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migration support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, manage engagement economics.
