Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients transform data into a strategic asset. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and drive governance and data quality programs across SAP landscapes.

You will guide cross-functional teams, design scalable data solutions, and collaborate on governance strategies, with travel up to 40-60% as needed. EY offers a hybrid client-facing work model and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience in one or more full-cycle SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven leadership of SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance, data quality, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure timely, quality project outcomes.
• Engage with clients daily, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to teams and foster collaboration for innovative data solutions.
