Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, identify opportunities for additional services, and guide your team to deliver high-quality results.

You will partner with stakeholders across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes, leveraging data integration tools to ensure data integrity and governance. The role includes travel 40–60% and a focus on scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) is required or equivalent.
• 4–6+ years of hands‑on SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality, Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Excellent communication, client-facing presentations, and documentation skills.
• Experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40‑60%.
