Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients. You will translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with stakeholders, driving end-to-end processes across meter-to-cash.

The role requires delivering configuration and testing, coordinating with Billing and other modules, and supporting data conversion and cutover activities. Travel 40–60% is expected.

• Experience in utility customer lifecycle processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and testing.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, and related processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner and contract data.
• Design service-request, notifications, and customer-contact workflows.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and other systems.
• Analyze exceptions in activation, billing readiness, and data changes.
• Prepare functional specs, data mappings, and test scenarios.
• Support data conversion, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
