Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements into practical functional designs and work with business and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end processes.

You will analyze customer data, support data conversion, and document specifications while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely solution decisions. Travel is expected 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, and related processes.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service components.
• Design and document end‑to‑end workflows for self‑service channels integrated with SAP IS‑U.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings and project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing; support user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑workstream teams to resolve issues and decisions.
