Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility requirements into functional designs, support unit/integration testing, and assist with data conversion and cutover activities. Travel up to 40-60% is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate requirements into practical SAP IS-U designs.
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and more.
• Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
