Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities clients in the United States. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables with business policies, and ensure integration with the broader SAP IS-U solution.

You will manage functional consultants, coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and technical teams, and drive testing, deployment, and operational readiness. Travel is expected 40–60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with substantial FI-CA/utility focus.
Lead a functional workstream or team for SAP FI-CA implementations.
Experience designing and delivering FI-CA across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, dunning, and refunds.

Responsibilities

Own the FI-CA workstream scope, delivery plans, and post-go-live stabilization.
Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and controls.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design reviews to translate requirements into FI-CA solutions.
Drive integration across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks, and SAP FI/CO.
