Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for a major utilities client. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with policy and accounting requirements, and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care to ensure solution quality and auditability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design through delivery.
• Experience leading workshops, design governance, testing, and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream scope, design, delivery plans, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, collections, dunning, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive integration design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO GL.
• Govern FI-CA financial controls, postings, and reconciliations.
• Lead cross-workstream coordination and risk/defect management.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and production readiness.
