Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities transformations. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, and ensure alignment with business policies and accounting requirements.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care to drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness. Travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Typically, 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations and reconciliation across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream scope, target processes, and delivery plans through deployment and stabilization.
• Define and govern the FI-CA functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops, and design reviews.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, banks, and SAP FI/CO.
