Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients nationwide. You will own the FI-CA workstream, govern functional design across receivables, payments, and controls, and coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and IT teams to ensure quality and compliance.

You will manage workshops, align requirements, and drive testing, cutover, and operational readiness, while coaching FI-CA consultants and balancing delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience, FI-CA focus.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional design & delivery through all phases.
• Leadership of functional workstreams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream scope, design, delivery, and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and controls.
• Lead requirements, workshops, and design reviews translating business needs into FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration across IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Banking, and FI/CO GL.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live readiness.
