Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, and align receivables with business policies while ensuring integration with the broader SAP IS-U solution.

You will guide functional consultants, coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care, and drive solution quality, testing, and deployment readiness for complex utility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and collections with controls.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews translating requirements into FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, IS-U Customer Service, and FI/CO.
• Govern FI-CA financial controls, postings, and close processes.
• Lead cross-workstream dependencies and manage risks and escalations.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
