Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA solutions for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define functional approach, and ensure alignment with policy and accounting requirements across SAP IS-U.

You will guide teams across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care to drive quality and controls. You will lead requirements, design governance, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization, coordinating cross-workstream dependencies and

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning FI-CA design and delivery through implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to go-live.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, and controls.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design governance.
• Coordinate FI-CA integration with Billing, Banking, and GL.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and operational readiness.
