Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients, owning the workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.

You will guide cross-functional teams across Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical partners, ensuring alignment with business policies and accounting requirements while driving solution quality and controls.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U FI-CA and related utility financial processes.
• Strong understanding of receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds and controls.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into scalable FI-CA designs.
• Proven experience leading client-facing SAP transformation projects.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations with SAP IS-U Billing and FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define and govern functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, design reviews and workshops.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service and external systems.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
