Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with policy and accounting requirements, and ensure integration across the broader SAP IS-U solution.

Lead functional teams and drive solution quality from blueprint through stabilization. You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care, guiding governance, testing, and deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
• Experience owning functional solution design and delivery through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream, defining scope, processes, and delivery plans.
• Lead requirements, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews for FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO GL.
• Establish and govern FI-CA controls, postings, and reconciliation processes.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization with stakeholders.
