Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA solutions across receivables, payments, and reconciliation. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align with business policies, and ensure integration with SAP IS-U components in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive functional design, and oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization while balancing controls and operational readiness. Travel up to 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA specialization.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream scope, delivery plans, and outcomes through deployment.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, dunning, refunds, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews across Finance and Operations.
• Drive integration with SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Banking, and GL.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover for FI-CA processing.
