Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Alliance ARD Associate Director to lead alliance initiatives within the EY ecosystem in the US. The role focuses on Data & AI strategy with SAP, aligning global and regional teams, and driving revenue through joint go-to-market campaigns.

You will design GTM programs, coordinate messaging, collateral, and events, and oversee governance and pipeline across multiple regions, with occasional travel. Hybrid work and global collaboration are expected.

• Experience in alliance partner management and business development.
• Understanding of SAP solutions and Data & AI value.
• Experience in technology or professional services alliance management.
• Strong networking and influence management skills.
• Credible communicator with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design SAP Data & AI GTM campaign strategy and campaign program elements.
• Collaborate on alliance components of the campaign (relationship map, cadence, governance, contracts, resale).
• Identify target account strategy with global and region Go-To-Market Leaders, Alliance Relationship Directors, Sector and Solution Leader(s).
• Develop messaging and value proposition for campaigns with alignment across the Alliance.
• Create sales collateral, marketing strategy, and enablement materials; coordinate events.
• Coordinate with internal technology team and Alliance Practice to track demos and tech assets.
• Activate each region with awareness sessions.
• Engage with Region SAP Go to Market Leaders to secure region support.
• Incubate target accounts and land sales motion with Alliance Client Executives.
• Provide early-stage big deal pre-sales support.
• Drive cadence with EY and SAP executives; ensure visibility and issue escalation.
• Oversee campaign governance and pipeline discipline.
