Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Functional ARD Associate Director in the United States to lead alliance and ecosystem relationships, focusing on EY’s Data & AI strategy with SAP. You will coordinate with EY leadership, drive go-to-market campaigns, and ensure execution across regions and accounts.

You will collaborate across alliance teams, deliver enablement materials, manage governance, and engage with SAP regional leaders to expand joint opportunities and revenue in a dynamic, globally connected

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance partner management, business development, marketing, contract and financial management, content governance, and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of SAP solutions and business benefits of relevant SAP products and solutions to Data & AI.
• Experience in business development and/or alliance management for technology or professional services company.
• Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in delivering alliance sales and revenues.
• Ideally, experience building and nurturing win‑win alliance relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design SAP Data & AI GTM campaign strategy and campaign program elements.
• Collaborate with EY Data & AI leadership and the Alliance team on alliance components of the campaign.
• Identify target account strategy with Global and Region Go-To-Market Leaders and others.
• Develop messaging and value proposition for campaign including alignment with the Alliance.
• Work with Brand, Marketing and Communication to develop sales collateral and enablement materials.
• Coordinate with internal tech teams and the Alliance to track development of technical assets.
• Activate each region with awareness sessions.
• Engage with Region SAP Go to Market Leaders to secure regional support and leads.
• Incubate target accounts and land sales motion with Alliance Client Executives.
• Provide early-stage big deal pre-sales support.
• Drive cadence with EY and SAP executives; ensure visibility and governance of the campaign.
• Oversee campaign governance and sales/pipeline discipline.
