Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Global Functional Alliance Relationship Associate Director to lead Data & AI GTM initiatives with SAP, coordinating with EY’s Alliances leadership and regional teams to enable execution of firm-wide campaigns. The role focuses on developing campaign strategy, governance, and collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

The position is based in the US with a mix of virtual work and in-person coordination across regions; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or partner programs.
• Strong ability to develop cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated track record in driving revenue through alliances.

Responsibilities

• Design SAP Data & AI GTM campaign strategy and program elements.
• Collaborate with Data & AI leadership on alliance components (relationship map, cadence, governance).
• Identify target accounts with GTM leaders and alliance directors.
• Develop messaging and value propositions for campaigns and secure alignment from the alliance.
• Create sales collateral, marketing strategy, and enablement materials; coordinate events.
