Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales/Account Manager to cover the San Jose area and surrounding markets. You will focus on fluid control, filtration, and handling products, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and driving growth in the territory.

The role requires at least 1 year of field sales experience, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• 4-year college degree OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of field sales/outside sales and account management experience.
• Experience in industrial sales focused on fluid control/filtration/handling is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Solidify and further develop relationships with key customers.
• Identify and sell new prospects from current clients and referrals.
• Update customers on products/applications and provide training.
• Submit a weekly sales call plan to Regional Sales Manager (minimum 5 calls/day).
• Document all customer contact and sales activities in ACS (minimum 3 times/week).
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, RSM and team on territory strategy and issue resolution.
