Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an outside sales professional to manage a San Jose territory and nearby markets. You will drive account management for fluid control, filtration, and handling products and help customers select solutions.

You will build relationships, train customers, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize exposure and revenue while meeting weekly planning goals and maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of field/outside sales and account management experience.
• Experience in industrial sales focusing on fluid control/filtration/handling preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a sales team effort.
• Organized, detail oriented, quick learner with ability to grasp new concepts.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Solidify and grow existing customer relationships.
• Identify and win new prospects from current clients and referrals.
• Update customers on products and applications, assist in product selection and training.
• Submit weekly sales call plan to Regional Sales Manager (min 5 calls/day).
• Document all customer contact and activities using ACS (min 3x/week).
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and RSM on territory strategy and issue resolution.
• Continually improve product and sales skills and market knowledge.
