JCPenney Salon is seeking a Salon Customer Experience Specialist to be the first and last impression of the salon, delivering a welcoming, professional experience for every guest. You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments accurately, and provide courteous service while supporting the salon team and resolving client concerns.
