Job summary

JCPenney Salon is seeking a Salon Customer Experience Specialist who will greet guests, manage front desk operations, and schedule appointments to deliver a welcoming, professional experience. This role supports the salon team by resolving client concerns and confidently recommending retail products to enhance each guest's hair routine.

As part of the customer experience, you will educate guests on product benefits, upsell salon products, and help drive sales while ensuring a seamless check-in
