JCPenney is hiring a Salon Customer Experience Specialist to be the first and last impression in our salon. You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, greet guests warmly, and resolve questions with a focus on service excellence.

You will also confidently recommend and upsell salon retail products, support promotions, and collaborate with stylists to drive guest satisfaction and salon revenue while upholding our standards of hospitality and professionalism.
