Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and store services both in-person and by phone. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by handling bookings, guest records, and day-to-day operations to deliver a premium guest experience.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service and sales aptitude, and the ability to work with the team to achieve store goals while upholding Ulta’s standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services in-store and on the phone.
• Manage service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Provide exceptional guest service and sales support.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Attend trainings and support a positive team culture.
