Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in-store and over the phone.
• Assist with salon phone calls, bookings, guest records, and traffic flow.
• Promote Ulta Beauty services and products to guests and invite new bookings.
• Support service providers and assist with rebooking and add-on services.
